Pick 10 Games Against the Spread

Each week, select exactly 10 college football games and pick which team will cover the spread.

What does "cover the spread" mean?

The spread is a handicap that makes the game more even. The favorite has to win by MORE than the spread to cover.

Example 1: Favorite Covers
Georgia (-7) vs Florida
Final Score: Georgia 35, Florida 21
✓ Georgia wins by 14 points (more than 7) - Georgia covers!
Example 2: Favorite Doesn't Cover
Alabama (-10) vs Tennessee
Final Score: Alabama 24, Tennessee 21
✗ Alabama wins by only 3 points (less than 10) - Tennessee covers!
Example 3: Underdog Covers
Ohio State (-14) vs Penn State
Final Score: Ohio State 28, Penn State 21
✓ Penn State loses by only 7 points (less than 14) - Penn State covers!

Pro Tip

You can pick EITHER team! Choose the favorite if you think they'll blow out the underdog. Choose the underdog if you think it'll be a close game.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is the deadline to make picks?

You must submit picks before each individual game starts. Once a game kicks off, that pick is locked. You can still edit picks for games that haven't started yet.

Can I change my picks after submitting?

Yes! You can edit both your game selections AND confidence rankings as long as the game hasn't started yet.

What if I pick fewer than 10 games?

You must pick exactly 10 games to submit. If you submit fewer, you'll score 0 points for the missing picks.

Do I need an account to play?

You can make picks as a guest, but creating an account lets you track your progress across weeks, appear on leaderboards, and challenge friends!

What happens if a game is postponed?

If a game is postponed or cancelled, that pick will be voided and you'll score 0 points for it. We'll notify you if this happens.
